Rocky Mattciano takes to the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
After a week of playtime in New York City,
Mattciano was feeling the effects of unseasonably cool temperatures,
drenching rain, and classic Mattopian restlessness.
Undeterred by a mind-numbing cold, he ran up the steps. Twice. In Doc Martens.
