I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For at Sphere on 7 October U2023. This includes a terrific segue into Primal Scream's Movin' On Up and it's a blast to watch Bono interact with the band during this part of the acoustic set. Also note Edge strikes some of the chords heard in the acoustic version of I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For from the Songs of Surrender collection.
Bono mentions freedom in Venezuela as he points down into the audience. The girl he previously brought on stage during Tryin' to Throw Your Arms Around the World was from Venezuela.
Watch Bono. He's not merely performing the song. He's living the music.
It reminds of the time when Edge walked off the stage. "Fell off" would be more accurate. I wasn't there, but it made the news. Edge was so lost in the music, in a state of bliss, he lost track of where he was on the stage and he fell off it during one of the early shows in the iNNOCENCE & eXPERIENCE tour in U2015. I guess it can be said The Edge got too close to the edge.
That's the beauty of U2's music, though. Absorb the music and be absorbed by those elegant, electrifying sounds and lyrics.
